Things just got a little tougher for the Kia Boys.

 

We are happy to announce that starting tomorrow, Tuesday, June 27, the KCKPD will be distributing free anti-theft wheel locks courtesy of Kia. If you live in Kansas City, Kansas and own any of these Kia models (note the specific model years) you qualify for a FREE wheel lock:

  • Forte: 2011-2021
  • K5: 2021-2022
  • Optima: 2011-2020
  • Rio: 2011-2021
  • Sedona: 2011-2021
  • Seltos: 2021-2022
  • Soul: 2010-2022
  • Sorento: 2011-2022
  • Sportage: 2011-2022
 
Just bring your driver's license or other proof of your address, like a utility bill or rental contract, and your current vehicle registration to one of thethree locations listed on the right.
